1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
- As an EU-based store, you have the right to return most products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or contact form) before the 14-day period ends.
2. Conditions for Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs can only be returned if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including tags, hairnets, and boxes).
- The lace, caps, or fibers have not been cut, styled, washed, or exposed to perfumes/products.
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items that show signs of wear, styling, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized wigs.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Opened wig care products (shampoos, conditioners, sprays, etc.).
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are possible within 14 days, provided the wig meets the return conditions above.
- Once your return is approved, you may choose a replacement item of equal or greater value (with the price difference paid by you).
5. Return Process
- Contact us at regaliawigs.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions and the return address in Portugal.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items sent.
7. Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.
